A BIM model file of approximately 500mb typically requires ~130 credits to process. For a more accurate estimate, you can use the credit estimator by uploading your BIM model to the platform.
The unused credits will be forfeited after the expiry date.
The unused credits will automatically have their expiry dates extended to match the latest expiry date of your most recently purchased credit pack, as long as you remain an active user.

We currently support the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) file format only.
IFC models should be prepared according to the CorenetX IFC Schema
Before uploading the file, ensure that the IFC model has been prepared according to the instructions below:
• At least one ifcBuilding
• Facades (ifcCurtainWall), external walls (ifcCurtainWall) and external windows (IfcWindow)
• Floor slabs (ifcSlab) and levels (ifcBuildingStorey)
• Structural grids (ifcGrid)
• Rooms and IFC Spaces with Mode of ventilation (AC, AirConditioning, or HC, HybridCooling) assigned as a value in any PropertySet.
Reduce processing time by excluding elements unnecessary for the computation process, e.g. interior elements, annotations, etc.
Ensure that facade elements of different materials are modelled separately
Properly map the IFC type property to model elements, following the BCA CorenetX IFC typing standards.
Shading devices should be assigned with the BCA CorenetX "IFC Shading Device"

The software uses the Mode of Ventilation information to select the relevant facades for computation.
The MOV information can be pushed into the Revit models using excel tables before the IFC model is exported.
Alternatively you can use the mode of ventilation editor on NimbleFaçade, which will be available by end 2025. (Coming Soon)
Yes, after each run is completed, you can download the ETTV calculation in XLS format and the annotated 3D model in DXF format. Please note that the DXF model cannot be re-uploaded into the platform for ETTV calculation.
